I design products people
not just use,
They understand, not just use.

Senior product designer at Dell. I get pulled into tiger teams on high-priority work like the AI Design System and Storefront, and a core member of the team behind Alienware’s experience

How I Work

  1. Understand the system first

Before screens, I map who's involved and where things actually break, so we fix causes, not symptoms.

  2. Listen for the hard moments

Research and testing are where the honest feedback lives. The reactions that sting are usually the ones worth acting on.

  3. Design for the feeling, not just the spec

Clarity gets people through a flow. Craft and tone are what make them want to come back.

  4. Ship within real constraints

Timelines and backends are part of the brief. I work closely with engineering and product to land the best version that can actually ship.

Skills

Experience

  1. Broader ownership and more cross-functional work, partnering closely with product, engineering and business teams. Pulled into tiger teams on high-priority work like Dell's AI experience and the Dell as a Retailer initiative, as a floating designer wherever the work is most critical.

  2. Joined the Alienware team after an internship focused on gamers, designing the end-to-end experience on Alienware.com. Owned the configurator from research through design and launch, and supported the homepage and Learn Page. The start of working on high-visibility projects.

  3. Designed for warm-state gaming users on the Dell.com homepage team: returning visitors who'd already shown interest in gaming products. That focus on gamers led directly to the Alienware role.

  4. First UX role, at a design studio. Fast-paced client projects, turning briefs into working designs on tight timelines.
